District 48’s Community Grant Award recipients received a grant of $4,000 in support of Brockville Sunday Suppers. Using the facilities of 4 downtown churches, Sunday Suppers provides free meals to those who need one. About 150 people are fed each week, in their homes or in person in a welcoming and safe space.
